On January 9, 2026, the winners of the CLECSS x HerGrowth Most Influential Female Lawyers Award were announced. Ning Zhu, Managing Partner of Chance Bridge Law Firm, was honored with the award in recognition of her outstanding professional achievements, exceptional legal professionalism and positive contributions to society.

To recognize the significant contributions of female lawyers to the legal sector, CLECSS and HerGrowth, a female empowerment organization, have jointly launched the CLECSS x HerGrowth Most Influential Female Lawyers Award.

Ning Zhu, the managing partner of Chance Bridge Law Firm, began legal practice in 1996, holding a Juris Doctor degree and serving as an arbitrator. Ms Zhu's practice mainly focuses on capital markets, financial markets, cross-border investment and financing, with extensive professional experience and notable achievements in areas such as corporate listings, mergers and acquisitions, private equity investments, venture capital, Chinese enterprises' overseas investments and mergers, as well as related arbitration.

Ning Zhu is a member of China Work Group of IBA, serves as a council member of the LAWASIA, and she is the Chair of the Financial Professional Committee of the "Belt and Road" Lawyers Alliance under the All China Lawyers Association. Additionally, she holds positions as a council member of the China Lawyer Society. In addition to her professional commitments, Ms. Zhu is an adjunct professor at Renmin University of China Law School and a distinguished professor at the Lawyers School of East China University of Political Science and Law.
