Edward focuses on both domestic and cross-border transactions including mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, inbound and outbound investment, development and construction of major projects, private equity, assets management, regulatory and commercial matters. He has extensive experience in providing service to clients from technology, financial industry, renewable energy, manufacturing, real estate, bio-pharmaceutical, etc. Edward is skilled in deal structuring, performing due diligence investigation, drafting and negotiation of transaction documents. He has been nominated for the IFLR1000 - Rising Star Awards of Year 2022 in the area of “Shanghai: Mergers & Acquisitions".
