Seminar on Data Security and Privacy Compliance for Medical AI Applications Held in Shanghai

On October 22, 2025, the "Seminar on Data Security and Privacy Compliance for Medical AI Applications" was held in Shanghai. Co-hosted by Chance Bridge Law Firm and the Corporate Governance and Healthcare Special Committees of Alumni Association of Entrepreneurship & Investment of Shanghai University of Finance and Economics, the event was organized by the Hongwa Alumni Economic Alliance.

 

At the outset, Lingyi Gong, partner of Chance Bridge Law Firm, served as the host and delivered an opening introduction, officially launching the seminar. Zhengrong Zheng, president of Alumni Association of Entrepreneurship & Investment of Shanghai University of Finance and Economics and initiator of the Hongwa Alumni Economic Alliance, gave an opening speech.

 

Subsequent sessions included industry insights, with Ziyang Qiu from Shanghai KPTECHNOLIGY and Yi Cao from DAS-Security among the speakers. During the special committees' introduction segment, Yunyun Bao and Nengjun Yu shared updates on their respective committees.

The final Q&A session, moderated by Joseph Li, Executive Partner of Chance Bridge' Shanghai Office, saw in-depth exchanges between the audience and speakers on regulatory differences across regions and technical compliance.
