On March 25th, 2013 Ms. Ning Zhu, Managing Partner of Chance Bridge Partners, and Mr. Hao Yanhui, Director of Guotai Junan Securities Co., Ltd., presented a training seminar to the Gansu Yate Investment Group and Jinhui Mineral Co. Ltd. The training, which covered the financial and legal implications of IPOs, was well received by the hosting companies and the feedback indicated that the appropriate risk and legal compliance systems could be upgraded with some of the best practices indicated by Ms. Ning Zhu and Mr. Hao Yanhui.
