Ms. Ou has outstanding professional competence in the fields of civil and commercial dispute resolution, with a focus on domestic and international arbitration as well as complex commercial litigation. She has extensive experience in handling arbitration and court proceedings before major arbitral institutions in China (CIETAC, BAC, SHIAC) and courts, and has successfully represented clients in cross-border disputes involving parallel proceedings and foreign laws.

Representative Arbitration Cases:
- Represented a subsidiary fund of China General Technology Group in an investment advisory dispute in CIETAC; successfully exempted the client from most payment liabilities despite unfavorable factual and evidentiary conditions.
- Represented a Qingdao state-owned enterprise in an equity redemption dispute in the Qingdao Arbitration Commission; obtained an award holding both the target company and its shareholder jointly liable for the redemption obligations, despite unfavorable statutory provisions, with a Subject Matter Amount exceeding RMB 100 million.
- Represented a Beijing municipal public institution in a cooperative construction agreement dispute with its Hong Kong counterpart in CIETAC (a case under the Beijing municipal government’s supervision); obtained a favorable award terminating the contract, with a Subject Matter Amount exceeding RMB 100 million.
- Represented a Japanese enterprise in two cross-border cooperation agreement disputes in SHIAC, involving parallel proceedings in the JCAA and the Thanh Hóa court in Vietnam, with a Subject Matter Amount of tens of millions of US dollars.
- Represented a Beijing state-owned enterprise in an investment cooperation contract dispute in BAC, concerning shareholder capital contribution and breach of contract; almost all arbitration claims were upheld.
- Represented a Beijing state-owned enterprise in four film & television investment cooperation agreement disputes in BAC; substantially all claims were upheld, with a Subject Matter Amount exceeding RMB 100 million.
Representative Litigation Cases:
- Represented a Beijing state-owned enterprise in a sales contract dispute in courts in Beijing; all claims were fully supported, with a Subject Matter Amount of tens of millions of RMB.
- Represented a Beijing company against a Beijing village collective organization in a series of disputes, including land lease contracts and restitution of property in various courts in Beijing; after over five years and multiple rounds of proceedings, successfully recovered losses for the client, with a Subject Matter Amount of tens of millions of RMB.
- Represented a Chinese-American in a shareholder capital contribution dispute in a court in Beijing, involving shareholder derivative litigation, stay of proceedings, foreign service of process, and offset of shareholder equity against capital contributions.
- Represented a state owned trust company in a dispute over shareholders’ tort liability to corporate creditors' interests in a court in Hebei, with a Subject Matter Amount of tens of millions of RMB.
- Represented a Shandong metal product manufacturer in a sales contract dispute in courts in Guizhou; successfully exempted the client from nearly all payment liabilities despite unfavorable factual conditions, with a Subject Matter Amount exceeding RMB 100 million.
