Areas of Practice

Ms. Chi Cheng is a Partner of Chance Bridge. Ms. Chi’s practice areas focus on corporate disputes, securities disputes, and securities compliance. She has extensive professional experience in areas such as securities misrepresentation liability disputes, valuation adjustment mechanism (VAM) agreement disputes, and complex contract disputes.
Ms. Chi has represented numerous listed companies and their directors, supervisors and senior executives, as well as securities firms and professional investment institutions, in matters involving administrative penalties imposed by securities regulatory authorities arising from alleged violations of information disclosure rules, insider trading, market manipulation, and failure to perform due diligence by intermediaries. She has also defended clients in civil lawsuits concerning securities misrepresentation compensation brought by investors. Additionally, she has successfully assisted many companies in resolving high-value and complex contract disputes.
