Representative Matters
l Represented clients in multiple equity redemption dispute cases, with a cumulative total claim amount of nearly RMB 1 billion. Accumulated extensive practical experience in core dispute areas such as assisting investors in pursuing joint and several liability of the controlling shareholder’s spouse, expanding the scope of arbitration clauses, determining the validity of redemption agreements for companies listed on the National Equities Exchange and Quotations (NEEQ), and designing and reviewing redemption agreement terms.
l Represented a well-known fund manager in a series of arbitration cases involving investor claims. Despite disputes among the parties regarding whether the manager had committed material breaches of duty, successfully reduced the manager's liability to 10% of the investment principal.
l Represented multiple subsidiaries of the Electronics Technology Group Corporation in a series of contract disputes/sales contract disputes with suppliers.
l Represented senior management of a financial asset management company in a dispute over a wealth management contract with an individual.
l Represented a company in a dispute over the invalidity of a proxy holding contract involving millions of shares in a commercial bank.
l Represented a real estate company in Shandong Province in a retrial case involving a construction dispute at the Shandong Provincial Higher People's Court.
l Represented shareholders in a series of cases seeking to invalidate company resolutions, successfully challenging the controlling shareholder's manipulation of the joint venture company to make irregular related-party guarantee resolutions and preventing asset transfers.
l Assisted a well-known photography company in handling a batch of employee arbitrations, reaching a favorable mediation agreement.
l Served as a regular legal advisor to a fund, providing daily legal consultations and drafting legal memorandums on specific legal issues.
