Participated in a shareholder representative litigation dispute between COFCO Real Estate and its subsidiary company, assisted in representing COFCO Real Estate to institute a lawsuit before the Beijing Second Intermediate People's Court.
Participated in a assets recovery disputes between a Huarong enterprise and several Evergrande companies with the subject matter of over 1 billion.
Participated in representing COFCO Trust in the retrial proceeding before the Supreme People’s Court concerning its trust disputes with another company.
