Areas of Practice and Experience

Dr. Yang Songtao's main areas of practice include defense for economic crimes and crimes by taking advantage of duty; agency and defense for overlapping criminal and civil cases in the financial field; agency for cases involving private lending and equity disputes; design and establishment of legal risk prevention and control system for enterprises; design and establishment of internal control and supervision mechanism for enterprises. He has worked in the investigation department of crimes by taking advantage of duty in the procuratorial organ for a long time, and has a solid foundation of legal theory and rich experience in anti-corruption judicial work. Currently, Research Fellow, Chinese Research Center of Entrepreneurial Crime Prevention, Beijing Normal University, Standing Director, Research Institute of Financial Legal Behavior, Behavioral Law Society of China.
