Represented a major shareholder of a listed company in an arbitration of a valuation adjustment mechanism (VAM) dispute worth several hundred million RMB against a prominent founder (former richest person in a certain province) before a domestic arbitration commission in China, securing a full victory. Subsequently, continued to represent the client in the domestic enforcement proceedings of the case and in complex objection proceedings arising from the enforcement, achieving a favorable outcome (a certain Intermediate People’s Court rejected the opposing party’s application for non-enforcement).
