• Hong Kong listed company Swire Properties and Sino-Ocean Group' joint investment in Indigo II Project (with a total investment of approximately RMB23 billion, the largest foreign-invested real estate project in Beijing in 2020), and the syndicated loan for the project (the largest single financing project in the national real estate project financing market in 2021), as well as the subsequent adjustment to the interest in the project
