As the trade compliance department head in two separate large multinational companies, Mrs. Liu accumulated hands-on compliance related experiences including setting up a comprehensive and complete trade compliance program, developed professional trade compliance teams for the companies, implemented the advanced trade compliance IT tools, conducted company internal trade compliance audits etc..

Mrs. Liu has deep understanding and practices of USA, EU and China trade and sanction laws and principles in the operations of multinational companies, undertook the responsibility to directly communicate with USA government monitor team and handled critical compliance investigations.

In customs compliance area, Mrs. Liu has led her team to cooperate with China customs authorities on several significant customs issues and audits.
