Chance Bridge Law Firm has recently added capital markets expert Syndia Liu as a partner in its Shanghai office.

Liu has 20 years of experience in non-litigation and dispute resolution in the capital market, especially in the field of capital management, with a special focus on securities investment fundraising and issuing, foreign investment and mergers and acquisitions. Prior to joining Chance Bridge Law Firm , she worked at DHH Law Firm.

Chance Bridge Law Firm addressed in a press release that the addition of Liu will further strengthen the firm's practice in the Yangtze River Delta region and contribute to the further enhancement of its practice in the areas of capital markets, dispute resolution and corporate compliance.
